The situation is as follows, there are 2 categories in posts and posts for them, respectively. Posts are displayed in the menu news -> category 1 / category 2 ( submenu ).
When you go to each of the category submenu, absolutely all articles are displayed, regardless of the category.

Perhaps, when placing an article, several categories were indicated, because of this, all articles are shown. Or you need to search in the heading settings. You need to delve into the settings of headings and articles.
