What can be taken as an alternative to the Cisco SPA50x?

I would like to know what is adequate (in terms of functionality and price) to replace the chic devices from Cisco in an office for 20 people (not a call center). Who uses what?

Yealink SIP-T21 E2. There is an option with PoE.
There are also older models with a color screen and a large number of accounts.
I have not yet found the best devices in terms of price / quality ratio.
