What can be learned from the letter?

Hello.
There is a letter that contains -------- Forwarded message --------, like I received a letter from Vasya with an attachment (archive file), which I Forwarded a letter from Igor.
I want to understand whether it is possible to somehow find out whether this attachment (archived file) was sent by Igor Vasya, after which Vasya himself sent Igor's letter to me?
And it is also interesting whether it is possible to find out what kind of message was from Igor Vasya in the forwarded letter?

The answer to both questions is "No".
The forwarded message contains exactly as much information as it contains - and no more. There is no metadata there.
