What can be attached to android?

To date, the question arose about the possibility of replacing my mobile phone with another. Today I own a SAMSUNG GT S5610 with custom firmware from sgh.ru and basically it suits me, but unfortunately, after 2 years of hard use, the speaker got stuck in it, and the case was scratched a little, I am also considering the option of repairing it.
Actually now about what I would like to get from the phone:
Main functions:
1. Advanced scheduler, so that the phone could change the brightness, turn on Wi-Fi, go to offline mode and exit it. +
2. Black list for calls with integration with the scheduler (as well as the ability to block calls from everyone who is not in the directory, etc.). +
3. Application access control (it seems like it was in 4.4.2 and now they want to cut it into a new one) to restrict applications access to the network or to personal data. +
4. Normal compatibility with documents from MSO (how is Word 2013 for android? and what are the alternatives?).
5. USB-OTG support to connect a keyboard and print from it (also, how are things with keyboard covers? Or is it better to just buy a separate keyboard with a smartphone mount?).
6. Loud speaker. +
7. Bright flashlight (flash). +
8. Work from one charge for at least 2 days in the mode of use:
3-4 hours a day listening to music on an external speaker, 2-3 calls for several minutes. +
9. A normal camera that will take pictures of both text and portraits / landscapes (the number of megapixels is not important, and you can successfully take normal pictures at 5). +
11. Stability, so that nothing falls off, the camera takes pictures, calls are received, etc. + Plus
, I noted what is already present in my javafon.
As for the rest:
1. The display, 800x480 will be redundant, in extreme cases, 480x320 will also work, it’s not a movie to watch on it, the main thing is that it’s bright and clear enough.
2. Thicker, the main thing is that the body should be reliable, able to withstand blows, and lay well in the hands.
3. More hardware buttons with the ability to assign functions to them (ideally - the N97 mini form factor (slider with a keyboard), but they don’t do this now), tell us more about whether it is possible to hang up, for example, to hold the volume buttons when the keyboard is blocked switching music in the player, and on the camera button Play / Pause, etc.
4. A small diagonal (ideally 3.5 or less, but alas, they don’t seem to do this anymore, so a maximum of 4.7).
5. Iron is not important, as long as it pulls the main programs such as Word and Skype, I'm not going to play toys on it too much.
6. Optimization, so that you don’t have to wait half a minute until the launcher starts, contacts open, etc.
The price that I am ready to pay for the device: $ 100-200, mostly up to $ 150, then something more than $ 200 is not considered at all.
