What c++ superbooks have you studied and enjoyed the most?
Perhaps the question sounds strange.
A couple of years ago I studied the 2 volume "C++ Philosophy" by Bruce Eckel and I was struck by this book with its practicality, and many useful tips for live development. Until now, I remember this work and use the techniques and advice from it.
Do you know similar useful books that are not rooted in complex theory (which is almost never found in development; the theory itself is very good =) ), but bring a deeper understanding of both the language itself and approaches to its application?

1) Perhaps all the books of Meyers.
2) Books by Stephen Dewhurst (Common Knowleage, C++ Gotchas).
3) Nicolai M. Josuttis (The C++ Standard Library, Second Edition (!!!)).
4) Alexandrescu. Modern design.
5) Salter, Klepper C++ (my first C++ book).
I haven't read Bruce Eckel's books.
Все советуют Стивена Прата. Разработчики его даже цитируют. Так бы посоветовал Кнута "Искусство программирования".
