What C++ book to read?

Hello!
Decided to learn C++.
Recommend a book or video tutorials.
I know pascal, delphi, a little php.

Nothing has changed in the last 20 years. Stroustrup, both. First "The C++ Programming Language", then "Design and Evolution". Any remarks that there are interpretations more kosher than the Bible - do not listen, this is not true. If they advise something written by Schildt - ban such advisers, they want harm to you.
Then already - read Myers, Sutter, Alexandrescu. No need to waste time on epigones, this is not constructive.
