Prata S. The C++ programming language. Lectures and exercises
Good book - theory and practice together
Nothing has changed in the last 20 years. Stroustrup, both. First "The C++ Programming Language", then "Design and Evolution". Any remarks that there are interpretations more kosher than the Bible - do not listen, this is not true. If they advise something written by Schildt - ban such advisers, they want harm to you.
Then already - read Myers, Sutter, Alexandrescu. No need to waste time on epigones, this is not constructive.
PS Video tutorials? By language? However.
Which book to start learning the language "C"?
Can you recommend a book on C++?
