Monetization

What business model to use for a SaaS that doesn't have personalized information?

We are currently developing a service that is essentially a consolidated knowledge base with analytics tools. The problem is that anyone with access to the account can freely use the database. Those. if the service is monetized by subscription, then having access, you can resell it to a bunch of customers. How to monetize a service that does not have personalized information?
Of course, you can ban everyone by a third-party IP, view simultaneous sessions, and do double authentication, but these are technical points. More interesting is how to bring monetization so that it would be unprofitable for users to give access to someone else.
In other services, everything is simpler - the information is personalized. As an example, let's imagine that Yandex.Metrica is paid and it makes no sense for the client to give access to his account (and sometimes impossible) to third parties due to the privacy of information on their sites. The same applies to personal accounting services, fitness data evaluation systems, and so on.

It will be easier to answer if we understand what we are talking about =)
And so the model of your service is similar to a program for realtors (I don’t remember the name) - the point is that the information service provides access to the current database of apartments for sale, the data changes almost every hour , realtors pay to have access to it, you can share it with each other, but as a rule it is difficult and the price for using it is small.
Realtors pay for the relevance of information, that is, newer and more accurate data than there is nowhere else.
