What bug tracking/analytics systems are free to use in a Rails application?

I'm interested in free and shareware analogues of such services as rollbar.com, newrelic, is there something where you can track emerging errors and problems, and at the same time for free? Or, as an option, a service that can be deployed on your own server and tracked by it (similar to Piwik)? I would be very grateful for tips.
