I am looking for a bot for a cart: a person sends a message to the bot, I read it in the bot and then either delete it or press the button to send it to the channel in the cart.

I suggest using @LivegramBot. It will allow you to connect the bot you created to the chat, where all user messages will be sent. And already from the chat you can safely send them to the channel.
