What books to start learning C++?

It seems to google, it's not mine, I could not find anything. Everyone offers something different. But I could not find something that would definitely help in learning C ++. Please suggest books for learning C++, maybe you should start learning C++ from C?

If the first PL, then Stroustrup B. - Programming Principles and Practice Using C ++
There and c ++ and an introduction to programming.
