What books to read on acoustics (physics)?

Please advise a book on acoustics, which would describe the basics of sound propagation, what physical phenomena occur, etc.
If possible, with simple mathematical calculations.
Also, please advise a book on the geometry of acoustics, how waves are reflected, what happens to them next, and everything was described geometrically.
If you are not tired yet, then please tell me a book on soundproofing and adjusting sound waves in a room.
