What books or courses are there on web servers?

Hello! I want to delve deeper into administration, otherwise there are such problems that I can’t deploy my application on a piece of iron normally, because of all sorts of nuances. For example, such that PHP as CGI removes authorization headers. All sorts of eternal troubles with the rights when PHP is running as an Apache module. In general, I want to study the topic comprehensively, understand how FMP differs from FastCGI and CGI, etc. Differences between different web servers, .htaccess, etc. So that it is complex, in the form of a book, for example ... Can you advise something?

Hi Pavel!
I won’t tell you about video courses, it’s not my element ...
It’s also tight with books on the topic you indicated (as far as I understood your goals) (I, at one time, was looking for similar literature - a book in which, preferably, it would be "everything at once ": protocols, servers, cookies, etc.).
For me, for my needs (and my needs are limited exclusively "for general development and understanding"), HTTP: The Definitive Guide was more suitable (you can see the Contents by clicking on the cover).
However, in the context of more development and more information regarding servers, it seems to me that Web Protocols and Practicepreferable. Plus, it has been translated (and translated well) into Russian . The content can be viewed here (I did not find another).
The only negative of both is the year of publication. But here, "on the lack of fish ...", as they say. Look at the content and decide for yourself.
