What books/online resources to read for a beginner SQL developer (transact-sql)?

At work, there was an opportunity to develop towards sql development. There is experience in writing complex queries to the database, but there is not enough experience / knowledge on how to properly develop, for example, integration between two systems. I searched the Internet for how to correctly / incorrectly develop in the database, but the information is very scattered and I did not find any specific rules (maybe I was looking badly). I want to do everything right.
Please advise what books / Internet resources to read for a beginner SQL developer (transact-sql)? Interested in approaches to development, naming rules for database objects, rules for designing procedures, functions, triggers and others.
Thank you.
