What books on the history of the development of mathematics can you recommend?

After reading similar topics, I noticed that they mainly name books with a popular explanation of mathematics and all sorts of mathematical "tricks".
I'm asking a little about something else - I'm interested in books where the history of the development of mathematics is considered, that is, how people came to certain mathematical concepts. For example, what was the practical task and how attempts to solve it led to the creation of a particular concept / model.
