The fundamental feature of C ++ is the executable code at the output. That is, a certain file in machine codes that works directly with iron.

1 - ANY understandable (not necessarily thick) book on C ++ is needed, this is actually a programming language with all its constructions and techniques.
2 - We need literature on THAT PLATFORM that will be selected as the "Iron".
3 - Development environment (usually provided by the hardware manufacturer) which will allow you to upload your software to this hardware.
Iron, in turn, is very different, ranging from miniature "Pic" controllers and, say, to quite full-fledged PCs such as Raspberry pi.
