What books are there that deal with virology?

Hello. I thought I knew C ++, I made software, but I came across this and this on
github . As they say, "nothing is clear, but very interesting." I want to learn how to write in C++, what books would you recommend? In more detail, when reading the code, I don’t understand what’s happening there at all, even despite the comments and all the code in one file =(. No, I don’t want to write viruses, I just want to understand all this.

// Number of the function we need

Well, I didn't get it either.

Books on Windows API, but it's been out of date for a long time.
If you want to write a mega-virus, don't even bother, it's a waste of time, viruses have not been written by singles for a long time.
I don’t remember books on writing viruses, apparently it never occurs to anyone to release a book that will become obsolete even before it is published.
