It would be logical to start with Selenium webdriver practical guide by Satya Avasarala (2014, ENG) before reading the Selenium Testing Tools Cookbook (ENG).
WebDriver (RUS), which is listed above, for me personally, is somehow unsystematized and ragged. Honestly, for me it is better to read the book that I indicated in English (although it is slower) than this source in Russian ...
