What book would you recommend for Canvas HTML5?

Don Cowan - HTML5 Canvas For Dummies (corresponds to the name, easy to read if knowledge of canvas is zero, but sick of the introductory chapter)
and Fulton's HTML5 Canvas book was released in Second Edition

Raffaello Cecco - Graphics in JavaScript.
There is not much on the canvas, only part of the book (the basics), but there is useful information on vectors (also for dummies) and all with examples. The basics of animation are also given there.
