What book to read on Angular?

Hey! Recommend a good book on angular. I started learning and realized that articles and videos are not enough for a good understanding of how Angular works, not enough for optimizing applications. I want to not only be able to apply but also understand this framework

Books on specific libraries/frameworks often quickly become outdated, in this case Angular is a very fast developing framework in which a lot has changed over the past 2-3 years, a lot of outdated APIs, best practices, take the same way of implementing Lazy Loading, in general a lot of changes . Translated books become obsolete even faster, so there is no point in wasting time on them.

2) articles on Medium / Habr from famous authors
3) good courses on udemy in which a complete application is created from scratch
