What book to present to the leading programmer in the company?

Time to give gifts to the team and the most difficult choice was left for the lead developer. I'm not a programmer myself, so I came to you for advice. I really want to know the opinion of the leads, who manages the team, is engaged in architecture and other responsible work.

A little about the person who needs a book as a gift. He is an experienced specialist, he often read many books and helped with the choice of books for other guys. Now he is in the position of lead programmer and will grow for the company's service station and the main tasks will be team management and architectural solutions. He is doing well with architecture, only if there is something very fresh and cool to read, but he has less experience in managing a team. Perhaps there are such books from the leader to the service station? Or maybe something "jedi" Stack we have by the way js react nodejs rest nerstjs firebase sql if it's important.

In general, I really hope for a recommendation, I don’t want to buy at random. Thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart!

Consider something other than books.

There was a lead experience. You don't need books at all. In this position, a person himself will find the necessary information.
The team knew about my love for whiskey - they gave a bottle of single malt for the DR, very nice.
When I left the company - they gave me a huge inflatable duck-bed! :)
I myself cheated on gifts to colleagues. He was familiar with their halves, wrote to them quietly, asked for ideas.
TL;DR: Find out the person's interests and try to find something suitable.

According to his specialty, 100% do not give. what he needs he has already found and read, and unnecessary - unnecessary.
