What book / resource can you recommend to draw knowledge in mathematics (grades 10-11 - tower)?

At one time, for various reasons, I forgot mathematics, now I myself sometimes want to understand what is written in various smart things, and sometimes I need it at work. Can you recommend a good book to improve your knowledge? I would like to refresh the material of grades 10-11 and in more depth already the tower. Ideally, I would like a good book with explanations and problems. Perhaps some Internet resource.
PS Do not offer video materials, seriously, I'm certainly grateful for any help, but experience shows that I haven't watched a single video material yet :)

And why did you decide that you would finish reading the books?
Take a regular 10-11 grade textbook, google and decide.

mathprofi.ru is the best resource for math/linalgebra in RuNet. covers the first year of the average university.
for school: take Mordkovich's textbook for specialized classes and Prasolov Tasks in algebra, arithmetic and analysis. The tasks from the last book are the boundary separating the Olympiad mathematics from the template tasks for applying the formula.
