What book on php can be taken for study, relevant today?

It so happened that I will need to learn php. I looked at books on php (in Russian), and it’s not even that much. According to the current version, I found one book, and as far as I know, this is more of a guide than a textbook, and even more so, it seems like everyone says that this is a simple copy-paste off the docks and Wikipedia.
Any advice on how to learn php. And then most of the books are according to the old standard, and backward compatibility is not the best thing in this language.

Do not look for technical literature for unique stories. I suspect that we are talking about "PHP7 in the original" by Koterov and Simdyanov. If not, you can check it out. The release of books has never really kept up with the development of technology.
