What book on Linux Kernel to read?

Now I'm working on adding ARM board support to the kernel. Unfortunately, not all knowledge is available, so I wanted to ask the experts if it makes sense to spend money and time reading Robert Love's book The Linux Kernel: a description of the development process ? Or is it worth looking at some other literature?

For theory first Tanenbaum "Modern Operating Systems". Then just the same Bovet and Cesati "Understanding the Linux kernel" (aka "Linux Kernel" in Russian translation). And in the end, you can read Robert Love "Linux kernel development" (Development of the Linux kernel, now the third edition in Russian is expected to be released, if English is bad), which more down to earth reveals the details of the implementation.
