What book/course to read on database design?

The task was to design a database for a large project, which in the future would not have to be refactored several times a month.
The fact is that previously you had to work either with ready-made databases or implement something rather trivial.
Now we need to design a database for the needs of the company from scratch using PostgreSQL.
I realized that there is not enough experience and I need to learn something new for myself.
For some reason, the search for literature was unsuccessful, a couple of dull articles on Habré, a sea of ​​old literature over 15 years old and courses for beginners on udemy that describe the difference between insert and select.
Now I started reading the book "Understanding SQL (Understanding SQL) from the author Martin Graber (Martin Gruber)". But I would like to read something else specifically on design or listen / watch some lectures on this topic.
Advise something based on personal experience , resources can be in English and Russian, the main thing is more useful information with a minimum of water, which they now like to push into literature.

Based on personal experience, it is better to entrust the design of a large database to a specialist with experience, rather than reading a couple of books. It will be much cheaper and more reliable.
