And why do you not like the usual mailing services, which were invented for this?
For example: mailchimp, unisender, getresponse, pechkin, etc. You can also set up more interesting scenarios for receiving letters, conduct regular mailings.
You have a much lower chance of getting into spam with such letters if you do everything through special services. Moreover, in each, or almost in each, there is a certain number of free subscribers.
