Recommend ready-to-deploy free file sharing solutions. Essentially, you need FTP functionality, but with access via HTTP (s) - WEB-interface. Necessary:

• directories with access rights
  
• support for Linux users and groups (albeit through PAM)
  
• setting quotas and rights (read, write)
  
• directory for anonymous users to read
  
• direct download option
  
• directory browsing with the ability to download to a specific folder
  
• work with large files (>100Gb)
