What are these settings in Views for?

I’m studying Views, and I’ve already figured out all the settings, but I just don’t understand why these three settings are needed. I marked with arrows the settings that I do not understand.

And in FORMAT -> Show -> Fields -> Settings:

1. Allows you to add blocks to the Views header
2. Adds a GROUP BY operator to the SQL query
3. Wraps each field in a div by default, if this behavior is not overridden for the field
