I was interested in the topic of games to which reinforcement learning algorithms could be attached. I saw a course from Yandex, there are very often ancient and boring games, but is there something more interesting and that it runs on Windows without problems?

Well, for starters, try to fasten "no tricks" to the tic-tac-toe. If you think it's easy, then go to chess or checkers. If your intentions are very serious, then try bridge or poker. Very interesting, and "runs" on anything.
