What are the ways to translate speech from audio output into text or directly into Russian?

Good morning.
I am looking for software / hardware with which you can listen to English speech and receive real-time text in English on the screen. A kind of assistant for listening and communication. I only know about Pixel Buds \ Pilot, but they are expensive and many are not available for purchase.

Do you know something like this, or maybe even use it yourself?
