What are the ways to send notifications from the site?

A poll (limesurvey) is placed on shared hosting with php support, at the end of which a person is asked for contact information (name, mail, phone number). I would like to send this data (and a couple of other answers from the survey) to myself immediately. Limesurvey can collect them into one long line of text, but not transfer them somewhere.
As an option, I would like to place a js script on the last screen that will send this data from the user's browser to some third-party service.
This is not necessary for mailings to those who responded (the recipient is one, conditional me, and will not change), namely, to notify that there is a new answer. The best option is sending by e-mail, a little worse - to a messenger like telegramm or via SMS.
I would not want to change the poll code (it will be difficult to explain how to update it later), putting a php file and accessing it is quite acceptable (but this needs protection from possible spam and I have no ideas at all here). php sendmail on the hosting seems to be prohibited, sending letters from yourself to yourself via smtp is an acceptable option.
