What are the ways to proxy a request on a web resource?

What are the ways to proxy requests on any web resource? For example, if attackers were able to upload some kind of shell to the hosting, how can they maintain their anonymity? I would like to know how many ways to solve such problems.

an unusual mechanism, but it will be almost impossible to determine where and from where control requests go and information (if it goes to each client on the network and beyond p2p)
