What are the ways to create immutable servers / clone machines running in Proxmox VE 2.0 environment?

I want to use a pre-built machine image (with all pre-installed packages, web / proxy or db. For quick cloning in the Proxmox 2.0 environment. The problem is that Proxmox is old and no one dares to demolish / update it. There is not even a Cloud- module Init In addition, static IPs are used, how do I specify the IP and change the MAC address when deploying a cloned machine?

2.0 is an extremely old version. I would still look in the direction of outputting nodes one by one from the cluster and sequentially updating them to the current one with the appropriate functionality and goodies.
