What are the useful gems/plugins directories for Rails 3

I would like to have a list of all useful gems for rails at hand, but no matter how much I look, those sites that I saw contain either very old plugins or this www.railsplugins.org/ , which only reports that it works under rails 3.

Is there such a site where all the necessary gems would be collected and at the same time cataloged quite clearly so that it would be easy to find a gem that suits the chosen task.
