Built a design layout for a small online store, prepared for layout.
Next, I give it to the layout designer so that he makes up a template for joomla from the layout.

We need another person who understands Joomla so that he pulls the template correctly. As my practice has shown, few people understand Joomla, so they shit code to make it work at least somehow :)
PS Again, depending on which version of Joomla you have, the third version is very different from the second (like two different CMS).
