Mostly they talk about pentesters and specialists in secure software development

I don't know where they say it, probably in the public "Young }{acKep".
The IIB is responsible for determining access rights (both to files and to ACS), controls and configures anti-virus software and furrywalls, creates regulations for obtaining certain rights, prevents data leakage, conducts educational programs on the safe use of PCs and the Internet , creates a lot of red tape and bureaucracy, enjoys the contempt and dislike of the entire IT community. Well, this is with us, in the enterprise.

I have never seen pentesters or safe developers live. Security officers are busy writing pieces of paper - all sorts of security policies that make life difficult for employees and, probably, attackers. Well, there, like, prohibit remote access to the web muzzle, but leave the console, or prohibit connecting to VPN from virtual machines, and do not provide a VPN client for OSes other than Windows. Then all the same, ay-yai-yai happens, which they even write about in the news, and the next cycle of complicating life goes through: for example, remote work is prohibited, they say, if you want to work, stomp into the leper colony in the midst of the corona, otherwise it’s not cyber-safe.
In general, the direction of IB is utterly romanticized, in fact, there is only despondency and hatred.
