What are the solutions to automatically update Apache Tomcat?

Hello!
Due to the increased number of serviced web servers (about 20), there was a need for automatic updating of web applications.
Previously, the archive was downloaded to a remote server by hand and unpacked, after which, depending on the edits, the server was restarted. The contents of the archive may be different for each server.
The operating systems are also different (most Debian different versions, a few fedoras, freebsd, Windows Server 2003, 2008 and even Windows 7).
Please let me know if there are tools for this.
