Good afternoon/evening, colleagues!
I am trying to work with messengers on behalf of the subscriber / owner, and not as a bot, for example. Can anyone share a solution? What I mean is that there is a person account in any of the presented messengers:

• Whatsapp - by phone number
  
• Viber - by phone number
  
• Telegram - by phone number
  
• Skype - by account login
  
• Facebook messenger - by account mail
  

Interested in sending and receiving messages / photos / files through these messengers programmatically. The programming language doesn't matter. Share your experience. Not interested in commercial solutions.
