Tell me this: in general, you need to simply organize a site with a certain number of video broadcasts that you need to dynamically create / delete / stream / view.
They will drive there, for example, rtsp, and it should distribute it in several formats (including hls there, etc.). There is an understanding of how all this can be done on your knee, but at the moment people have no desire to mess with media servers (like wowza, etc.), configure, catch all sorts of loads, etc. It needs to be somewhere outside and just work.
I described it in detail for greater clarity, but in fact you just need an external media server, create / delete broadcasts on someone else's site with an API. It is clear that this will not be free.
