Good book: F. Cesarini, S. Thompson. "Programming in Erlang" (there are typos and flaws, but it's not critical. Thanks to the publisher for such a good book)
It's also very useful to read the newsletter: Erlang in Russian

There is a free translation of Armstrong's book https://github.com/dyp2000/Russian-Armstrong-Erlang (they say the best in Erlang, starts with the basics), as well as the Russian translation of Cesarini www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/9552287 ( they say the translation is disgusting)
