What are the Ruby on Rails courses?

Hello!
I intend to learn Ruby on Rails, but I haven't found any good video courses on Google (there aren't any).
1) The only Ruby on Rails article I liked is here , but is it relevant now???
2) I am not indifferent to Windows, Linux is not suitable for my tasks, and the hackintosh refuses to work on celeron, and I don’t want to buy a new processor, the only option is vm on windows with ubuntu for Ruby on Rails.
3) Can you tell those who taught hacking on rails, how did you do it, where did you start? What services did you use?
4) For what tasks do you need ruby on rails?
5) How to install it? And in what program to work?

I intend to learn Ruby on Rails, but I didn’t find any good video courses on Google (there aren’t any).

codeschool.com
railscasts.com
www.codecademy.com (here I got acquainted with ruby, but ruby in codeschool is better material)
Russian dock:
rusrails.ru
Russian blogs :
rubydev.ru
lonelyelk.ru/posts seopult.tv/programs/sites/ruby_on_rails_lyzhi_ne_e... Regarding development environment: must have OS X/Linux. If not at all, then take vagrant and put linux in it (google it). In the subject of the book: www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/26011201
PS And advice on the process. Many write on rails and don't know about ruby. Don't do it. Start with ruby and move on to rails after that. Tested on myself, to understand what it is and how it works.

@caution

1) RailsTutorial.ru (ruby on rails)
2) hasbrains.ru (ruby, ruby on rails)
3) Agile web development with Rails 4 (ruby on rails)
4) Rusrails.ru (ruby on rails)
5) railscasts.com (ruby on rails)
6) codecademy.com (ruby)
7) codeschool.com (ruby, ruby on rails)
And it's better to put ubuntu next to Windows.
Alternatively, under Windows use this service nitrous.io

1. A book on 4 rails, so it's relevant.
2. Buy a Mac :) Well, anyway, for the rail, Windows is not an option at all. VM with ubuntu. Or, on the contrary, if you work more often with rails, ubuntu + vm with Windows.
3. Docks. Screencasts on hasBrains . Well, then practice, your crutches, in general, everything is as always.
4. And for what tasks do you need puff? Or Django? Backend for any sites.
5. In the same book you referred to, there is about installation. IDE - Ruby Mine. Hardcore - VIM. I'm on ST3 + a bunch of plugins. But I'm more front-end, I rarely write on rails.

Web Application Architectures course based on RoR started this week on Coursera.
You even have time to answer the first Quizz, however, there is nothing to do there =)
