What are the restrictions on the heroku.com free plan?

Please tell me what are the restrictions, besides resources, on the free plan from heroku.com.

other than resources, none.
5MB database, 100MB disk space, 2TB traffic per month, 1 dyno.

maybe off topic, but look at Digital Ocean - there for 5 bucks a month - an excellent "instance". I was extremely far from this whole topic, but I have been sitting on ubuntu for half a year. I bought DO and only 57 minutes passed (spotted) from the moment I entered data from the map to the start of the application on the node: installing Ubuntu itself on DO, installing the necessary packages, cloning the project, start.
