What are the restrictions from VK for mass mailing?
You need to do a daily mailing on the database of VK accounts. The base is small, in the region of a thousand contacts, it is updated every day.
The question immediately arises, how will VK react to this?
From what we managed to find out at the moment:
Limitation of 20 messages per day to "non-friends".
Each account needs a separate proxy.
In principle, with accounts and proxies, I think there should be no problems - both are freely available.
But this question is more interesting: sometimes, when you follow some external link from VK, instead of redirecting, VK says that the resource is suspicious. How do sites get on this list? What is the probability that because of such mailing my site will be included in this list?
In general, any experience of people involved in such mailings will be interesting. I’ll make a reservation right away, the mailing list is designed for a rather narrow target audience, it does not contain anything illegal, not a job offer, not dating.

general spam mailing
will be banned
, people will complain about messages that spam
links from such messages will automatically be blacklisted on VK, so other sites, separate landing pages on other domains should be used
