What are the requirements for conducting an audit on the basics of information security for an enterprise?

What OKVEDs are needed to conduct an audit on the basics of information security for an enterprise?
Need a Sole Proprietorship or LLC? (or any form of enterprise will do?)
Are any certificates or licenses required to conduct an audit?

IP in most cases is more than enough. Sometimes this creates difficulties in calculations, since clients can be VAT payers, but individual entrepreneurs, as a rule, are not. But with relatively small amounts of calculations, this is usually not a problem.
As for OKVED, you can choose almost everything that is included in the OKVED 72 category.
Certificates - from the point of view of regulators, nothing seems to be required. To increase your attractiveness in terms of potential customers - you can get something from this: https://habrahabr.ru/company/echelon/blog/320748/

It seems to me that you can familiarize yourself with certain norms of the Federal Law "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities". Typically, information security integrators obtain licenses from the FSB and FSTEC, and an individual entrepreneur is hardly suitable for this. There are also requirements for equipment and personnel
