At first everything was fine, but recently it began to hang. Can it be upgraded somehow?

A normal laptop can only install up to 8GB of RAM and, for complete happiness, an ssd screw. And you need to take into account what stages of web development will be carried out, for example, on ubuntu, at first I didn’t have enough photoshop and then I got used to gimp with a photoshop shell.
And so I think for starters, just reinstall the system and install only the programs necessary for work

Very weak laptop of the minimum price segment.
You can’t even add RAM to it - according to the specification, it doesn’t digest more than 8GB, but for comfortable work you need 16+.
