In the position of Junior developer, the main thing is the desire to learn. It's not bad, of course, to know PHP at a basic level, to have some experience with Drupal. Other than that, it really depends on the company.

If you have experience writing any (even the simplest) extensions, I think that it will not be difficult to get a job as a junior.
