What are the recommendation services for a site based on collaborative filtering?

Interested in a recommendation service for the site (content/products), which will give recommendations not only based on some behavioral factors of a particular site, but also able to use the "knowledge base" of the user (what he bought before, watched).
It would be more correct to say, probably, services that use a knowledge base of users with similar behaviors.
Of course, I am primarily interested in Russian-oriented services, but it is also interesting if anyone has experience in using foreign products (for example, Monetate) on Russian-language sites.
