What are the protocols for receiving and transmitting for robots?

I want to make a group of robots so that they behave in the same way, are there any protocols for robots or generally normal ready-made protocols are modern and is there such support in ROS.

I don’t know about ready-made solutions, but you can send commands via UART via Bluetooth or WiFi to receivers that each robot will have.
