What are the programs to make an Android phone an IP camera?

I want to use an Android phone (so far it's MTS916) as an IP camera.
So far I have found 3 suitable programs, but each has its own disadvantages:

  • cloud spy . Able to take screenshots and show videos. I could not get her to save screenshots of the motion detector and the motion detector itself with one area. Can't upload to FTP.
  • IP webcam . Shows video, but no motion detection and cannot upload screenshots to FTP.
  • mobilewebcam . Able to upload photos by mail, FTP and Dropbox. It has a motion detector, but very conditional (I could not heal it). Can't play video.

And you need the following:
  • Motion detector with the ability to monitor multiple areas.
  • Broadcast video to the browser.
  • Save screenshots to FTP by time and/or detector.

The IP camera only needs to shoot and implement the standard interface.
Everything else must be done by the server.
Accordingly, you need to look for software not only for the phone, but also for the server.
I would not recommend using the phone as an IP camera - it is not designed for long-term operation in this mode (the camera matrix heats up during operation).

Crap. Until now, at the moment it is not possible to make covert video surveillance from an android.
IP Webcam is quite a working thing for this, if not for one thing ...
After the reboot, the program starts and the picture from the camera is displayed.
From this, it becomes clear to everyone that the gadget is most likely used for peeping.
As the creator of IP Webcam said, this is due to the fact that it is not possible to use a camera in the background, that at least some surface is needed for rendering.
FAK!
If only someone would make custom firmware ...
