Are there programs that allow you to create an encrypted container and can erase the container / data inside the container when you enter incorrect passwords? For example, after entering 2-3 incorrect passwords.

truecrypt - there is at least a second password for the protected "partition". If the password is tried with a soldering iron, we give the password from the left "section". Erasure is only hardware-based, since an attacker can always copy a protected container and at least pick up passwords.

Why do you want to erase with the wrong password?
If the password is strong, then you are already safe.
If you want to use a weak password and protect yourself from brute force. then where is the guarantee that an attacker who picks a password will not make a backup copy of the entire container or disk before starting the selection?
