What are the PostgreSQL 9.6 administration tools?

Before updating the server, I used pgadmin 3 for small jobs.
Now postgresql 9.6.3 and it needs pgadmin 4. But this, in my opinion, is some kind of web crap. Who than uses for administration of a DB of the server, share experience?

vim, psql, tail/cat/grep, iotop/htop, etc.

For the most complex tasks, psql has always been enough for me.
